CONTEXT

Fondation Hopale, one of Europe’s leading healthcare operators, needed its first-ever sales playbook to empower its team with a consistent approach to prospecting, pitching, and international development.

The challenge? Turning complex medical offerings into clear, engaging, and actionable sales material that would align internal teams and strengthen their position in the competitive healthcare sector.

CHALLENGE

  • Create a cohesive narrative explaining Fondation Hopale’s expertise across specialties.

  • Translate complex healthcare services into digestible, persuasive content.

  • Build a visual identity for the playbook that feels professional, modern, and motivating for sales teams

APPROACH

Structure & content design
Developed a 60-page playbook organized into clear, practical sections (introduction, key figures, service offers, prospecting flows, objection-handling).

Visual storytelling
Designed infographics, icons, and layouts to make data and medical services more accessible.

Sales enablement tools
Included scripts, LinkedIn outreach templates, and ready-to-use resources to accelerate prospecting.
